While at your MixxedFit® Instructor Training, some of your objectives are to:

• Take the MixxedFit® Master Class with your MixxedFit® National Trainer to fully immerse yourself in a MixxedFit® class experience

• Learn an introduction to MixxedFit® and the history of why we are people-inspired

• Hands-On Training: learn the seven (7) MixxedFit® Basic Moves (how to execute and teach)

• Warm Up & Introduce Audition Song (you will have your first choreography locked in for your first playlist)
